Startup: Startup of newly installed equipment to confirm it is operating up to factory standards, and as efficiently as possible, before it is put in to service. Filling out all necessary paperwork while making any necessary recommendations to improve equipment and increase its usable life.

Commissioning: Testing newly installed equipment to ensure all components and safety controls are operating correctly and that it meets the standards of the commissioning company tasked with signing off on the installation.

Installation: Sizing and installation of new heating and air conditioning systems and all associated components as well as removal and/or replacement of existing systems.

Maintenance: Inspection and testing of existing equipment to ensure proper operation and cleanliness.

Offering recommendations to make equipment more efficient, cleaner, and easier to maintain if possible.

Troubleshooting/ Repairs: Testing of existing system and controls to diagnose causes of failure or error.

Making any necessary repairs or replacing components to fix issues found during diagnostic and getting systems up and running again while looking out for potential causes of future issues.

Technical Consulting: Assisting contractors or customers in coming up with solutions for all possible HVAC-related

issues that may arise and working to implement them. Offering on-site project management for tracking and improving building startup progress in new construction as well as training for maintenance and organization of existing buildings.
